Delivery: Items that are in stock will generally be shipped out within 3 business days. Items that are not in stock will be made to order and may require up to 10 business days' pre-shipment processing time. If you need to know the estimated date of shipment of an item, please inquire before ordering, as orders begin to be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Shipments are sent via postal ePacket service to all countries where it is an available option.

The timeframe for ePacket delivery to most developed countries is 2-3 weeks, with some exceptions -- such as Mexico and Brazil -- due to slower domestic mail processing in those countries.

Shipments to countries where ePacket is not an option are sent via registered postal small parcel, which may take between 30 and 60 days depending largely on the level of efficiency of the given country's domestic postal service.

In all cases, parcels are sent with a tracking number. In most cases, the initial logistics tracking number will be updated by a new tracking number for the overseas carrier that can also be tracked on the website of the domestic postal service.

Express Shipping is available to some destinations and can be selected at the time of checkout. Please note that the DHL Express fee shown at checkout includes a $13.50 deposit that will be conditionally refunded after delivery. Frequently Asked Questions

What Amount will be Refunded following a Product Return?

Please note that, upon receiving back a product returned in its original condition and in accordance with the terms of the general return policy, we will refund you the original price you paid for the product. However, except in circumstances where a claim of a defect or non-receipt of a product has been validated, we will not reimburse you for the return-postage cost or refund you the original postage that we paid to send the product to you.

Express Shipping: Important Details

DHL Express shipping, via Hong Kong, is available to selected countries for an additional fee, which includes a refundable $13.50 deposit. This deposit is refundable after delivery if 1) DHL doesn't require more than one attempt and 2) no address correction is needed to complete delivery. Otherwise, DHL will charge us this fee and we won't refund it.

The timeframe for delivery is estimated and doesn't include handling time or the time for overland transport to DHL in Hong Kong. Our DHL Express option doesn't apply to "remote areas".

If you fail to accept a DHL Express shipment addressed to your given address, the parcel will not be returned to us, will be considered lost by your default, and no refund will be issued for your purchase.
